Training Sessions must be re-scheduled or cancelled 24 hours or more in advance of the scheduled session. If the session is cancelled within the 24 hour time frame, then Hamptons Fit reserves the right to retain 100% of the value of the session.

Customers have the right to request a refund for prepaid, unused training sessions. Hamptons Fit reserves the right to retain 20% of the remaining value of the training sessions to compensate for the discounted rate of the longer term package. Refunds will be sent by the original payment method within 5 business days of the refund request.
